Yes. We use industry grade encryption and full FICA verification for every member. NestEdge is an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP No. 55764), regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), so your money is managed within South Africa’s regulated framework.

We’re building NestEdge as a focused, high quality club rather than a mass market product. Inviting members in cohorts lets us give every person the attention they deserve, keep the community engaged, and ensure our platform scales without losing trust.

NestEdge operates on a profit sharing pricing model. Instead of charging a fixed management fee, we take a percentage of the profits generated, based on a transparent sliding scale. This means our incentives are aligned with our members. We benefit when you benefit. The better your investment performs, the more value is created for both you and NestEdge, while ensuring the majority of profits remain with you the investor.

Once your verified bank account is linked, you can deposit any amount, any time. Withdrawals are requested in the app and paid back to the same verified account, so your money never leaves your control.

Absolutely. Create as many goals as you like. A home deposit, kids’ education, a dream holiday, an emergency fund. Contribute to each independently and you can transfer between goals at any time as your priorities change.

FICA (the Financial Intelligence Centre Act) is South African law requiring all financial services to verify their clients’ identities. It protects you and the club against fraud.
